A serial killer is on the run.

Parents are told to be in the look out after a serial killer killed a young child and left a chilling message.

The killer in the message said he killed the class 4 pupil because he refused to fall in love with him.

The name of the child is Ayuma,it seems she was raped before she was strangled according to investigators.

The killer has even the audacity to live his phone number to be contacted and warned parents more killings will follow
